RETURN & REFUND POLICY — TABYRO

At TABYRO, we aim to provide premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


RETURNS

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Size mismatch (only if eligible)
  • Product with manufacturing defect

To request a return, customers must contact us within  72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or print-on-demand products
  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging/tags

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer size exchange subject to availability.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Tags must be intact
  • Exchange request within 48 hours of delivery

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be credited within:

  • 5–7 business days to original payment method

For COD orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Share photos/videos for verification

After verification, replacement or refund will be initiated.
