1. Company Overview

Tabyro is a clothing brand offering custom-designed T-shirts and apparel. All products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our production partners.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or you have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.

3. Products & Printing

  • All products are made on demand after order confirmation.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, and fabric may occur due to production and display differences.
  • Product images shown on the website are for representation purposes only.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in applicable currency (AED / INR or as listed on the website).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be made before order processing.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Once production starts, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Tabyro reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock/printing issues.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days depending on location.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
  • Tabyro is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address input.

7. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

❗ Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

8. Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are allowed subject to availability.
  • Exchange shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

9. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, brand name “Tabyro”, designs, images, and website content are the exclusive property of Tabyro.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt fraudulent transactions
  • Copy or reproduce Tabyro designs
  • Disrupt website functionality

11. Limitation of Liability

Tabyro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
